I don’t know about you, but I love wrought iron gates. I always have high hopes for a property if I have to walk through a beautiful pair of wrought iron gates. The detail and craftsmanship always amaze me and the gates always look better with age because they turn to into such a beautiful patina. Here are a few gates I’ve come across on my travels.

Gorgeous!!!

Thanks for the reblog.
I love gates and doors. These are beautiful.
I know, I could photograph them all day long!
Great post and I love how the photos are continuous! I also love iron gates! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder isn’t it?
It sure it.
Gorgeous works of art- each and every one.
That’s what I love, is the art work that goes into things like this.
Oh so true. I was once told that if you are flipping a house or selling, the number one thing to do is make certain the front door and entry are in prime shape. “First Impresion” a lasting one.
Very true. I used to be a Home Stager for the real estate market and the name of my business was First Impressions because it’s so true. It’s said, if people drive by and don’t like what they see on the outside, they probably won’t want to go in.
I love gates like these as well. Beautiful pictures!
Thank you. It’s definitely a fun subject.
I would love to have one of these on my home or property. Someday . . .
Me too. I have even been looking for one to hang as an ornamental piece for decoration either inside or out.
