One kind word, or one kind act! Recently started to do random act of kindness (bought coffee for a stranger in line at the coffee shop). First one was for a service man from the military – when I explained that me and my friends were doing random acts of kindness, he loved it, thought it was a great idea! (I still regularly hold door for others etc…this is just taking it up a notch!)
One kind word can warm three winter months – love the quote.
Thank you, I was pretty happy with the way it came out. I was testing a new polarized lens I purchased and it may be a little darker than I would have liked.
The contrast with the darkness is what makes the photo so striking. I wish I could make it my wallpaper.
I was about to ask you if you knew what tree this was but I’m glad I read the comments before.
First of all Thank you for visitin my blog, I am so glad to meet with you and with your blog. And secondly, I should say this, this is the photograph of my day, so beautiful. So beautiful. I haven’t known this Japanese proverb before, what a beautiful connection with words and this beautiful photograph… Thank you, with my love, nia

I love that Anita and live by the same philosophy. I don’t know why, but whenever I go through a toll booth, I pay for the car behind me.
Yes, a kind word and a smile are awesome to share with others on a daily basis! Loving your post:)
Thanks ~ it’s such an easy thing that we each can do yet it brings such joy.
Beautiful Weeping Cherry Blossom photo! I love these types of focused-in imagery to capture the viewer’s eye!

Even a smile works. Beautiful photo. Springtime, springtime… “Yay”, as my little niece would say (or spell).
Yes, a smile can turn someone’s whole day around!
Simple vine, simple proverb. Simply beautiful!
Thanks!
